Marker 20 is a complex of seven single-story office buildings, uniquely poised in close proximity to the DC Metro’s Silver Line Phase II and just north of Reston center. A hidden gem of the market, the site boasts some unique developments and community engagement opportunities, and developer Penzance wanted an animation that showcased its future upgrades.
Working closely with Penzance, we crafted a narrative that best exemplified the property, including the walkability/“bikeability” of the site in regards to Reston Town Center as well as the future development of outdoor space and potential for main street dining opportunities.
Most office parks won’t generate the same buzz as their multistory competitors, but Penzance’s ambitious plans for Marker 20 makes it a unique place and they tasked HighRock with showcasing this to generate tours. HighRock’s work had to encompass not one, but seven different buildings as well as the surrounding environs.
HighRock quickly identified the highlights of the complex and the built the narrative to “connect the dots”, ensuring that all of the future development was showcased, including the newest innovations around COVID preparedness.
