Built on a foundation of prominent local presence, long standing relationships, and well developed market knowledge, Matan has directed and invested over one billion dollars' worth of real estate transactions in the Washington, DC market. Matan sought the services of HighRock to create their corporate website and marketing collateral, as well as brand their various properties – including logos, responsive microsites, and other collateral.
Wanting to update their look, Matan came to HighRock for a new logo design. Keeping the original blue of their logo, we used a more modern font with sharper lines. We also introduced another element: a block around their name. This created a stronger and sharper image. The logo redesign was what we call a “stepping stone” change, but it worked to modernize and simplify their current logo.
We wanted to give Matan a wider range of options and more dynamic choices when it came to their branding. In addition to redesigning their logo, we also developed the standalone “M” as an alternative branding tool to their full name. In addition to their original blue, we incorporated a range of complementary colors into their brand attributes to give them a wider range of options for branding.
The Matan corporate website provides a user-friendly interface where brokers can easily find floor plans, renderings, and other resources. HighRock launched Matan’s brand new website that features many easy to use and custom-built features. In addition to building the main company website, we have created several property micro-sites, incorporating responsive design for tablet and mobile.

Our team designed property-specific logos and branded pieces that match the overall Matan branding and color palette. HighRock also regularly creates 3D renderings of Matan properties.
