Matan Companies, a family owned and operated commercial real estate company for over 40 years, is expanding its portfolio to develop a 44-acre property strategically located along Interstate 270 and Route 355, 6 miles north of the beltway and 20 miles northwest of downtown Washington D.C. The challenge? Capturing the scope of 700 North Frederick Ave. through web design, 3D renderings, and strong brand development.
As part of this project, HighRock developed the branding and way-finding signage that drew on design features consistent throughout the site.
We've worked alongside Matan to create detailed aerial renderings of the property layout to capture the breadth of the development as well as its proximity to Interstate 270.
From biotech research to outdoor parks and public art, we've used 3D technology to create detailed renderings of Matan's final vision. While the aerial renderings show proximity to a major highway, these 'on-the-ground' images establish a sense of community and place for future visitors and employees.
