The Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) is a non-profit organization that exists to promote economic growth in Montgomery County, Maryland. They pride themselves on helping Montgomery County businesses through their market intelligence and connecting them to resources, locations, and talent that will help them grow.
Impressed with our work for other economic development agencies, MEDC enlisted us to help them visualize their bid on the Amazon HQ2 in Montgomery County. Capitalizing on what we knew Amazon would want to see in the redevelopment, we helped their team craft a future that was both dynamic and functional.

Thanks to the hard work of the MCEDC, Montgomery County is already full of innovation, but an Amazon HQ would accelerate their vision of the future. We focused on showing the activity and vibrancy of Montgomery County, integrated with the technology and business that Amazon needed. Our renders of the area focus not only on the integration of Amazon technology into the landscape, but also a sense of the place and destination of Montgomery County; the images are a merging of those two communities. The look and feel of the project had to augment the development plan of Montgomery County to show the increased innovation that the MCEDC could bring to the table should they have the opportunity to partner with Amazon on the HQ2 project.
