Grant Street Loft

Grant Street Loft approached HighRock with the need to develop a streamlined, high-end design aesthetic for their print materials. A venue that hosts a variety of events, but most namely weddings, they wanted to elevate their look to one that speaks of elegance, charm, and a high-end service. Located in the heart of downtown Chambersburg, PA, Grant Street Loft is an industrial, state-of-the-art venue that boasts plenty of contemporary charm and trendy aesthetics to inspire a new Instagram hashtag. The challenge was to create marketing deliverables that did the speaking for the venue long after onsite tours had ended.

Designs and Deliverables for Every Client

The biggest market Grant Street Loft wanted to tap into was the wedding market, but not without highlighting the numerous types of events that have successfully been hosted by them. As a result, HighRock's design incorporated high-end photography from actual events held onsite and paired them with custom copy, also developed by HighRock. The end result was top-quality folders and customizable inserts for clients to use during and after venue walk-throughs.

The Power of Video

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then how much is a video worth? HighRock developed one to find out. In addition to the folder and insert designs, Grant Street Loft also requested that HighRock develop a marketing video to be used in many ways on many platforms, showcasing the venue's indoor and outdoor appeal, and the many possibilities of what a wedding there could look like.
